Product Description
Heat transfer printing film with following features:
1. The ink of heat transfer film is safe and non-toxic for meeting international standard. Its no problem to print on food containers or lunch box etc.
2. Customer will print us design pdf or CDR file, then we will quote plate making costs and tell how many colours. After making mould, we will start to print design on blank pet film with our gravure printing machine. So its called heat transfer film. We also would like to make design according to customer request, like size and design request.
3. Its easy to print vivid design on products surface at one process with the help of heat transfer machine's hot pressure. After printed, you would like to test peel off with tape. The adhesion will add the product value and improve competitiveness in world market.
4. Its suitable for plastic(PP pet PS PC PVC PE ABS)or metal, wood, glass, leather and EVA material printing etc. Like the plastic containers, pails, buckest, cups and lunch box, pencil box, wood skateboard deck and other products etc. So we need customer send their products details to us, material and size and shape of it. Then we will quote film and recommend machine for products.
If there is any problem for our products, pls feel free to tell us. We will work it our immediately.
Procedure:
1. Design (Artwork)
We will creat a new design for you, or refine you design.
2. Confirm the design & order
We will do all needful work till you confirm the design & order.
3. Plate making(cylinders)
It takes about4~7 days
4. Print the film
Print in big rolls ---drying--- cut into small rolls---quality check
It takes about 3 days
Glitter(Laser) film needs 5 days more for aluminzing
5. Packaging
Polybag+drying agent+carton
6. Delivery
By sea / by air, it's up to you
7. Payment
Plate making fee & 30% film pay in advance; 70% pay before delivery.
